This refund policy applies to Decorbench and its published services, including seasonal table décor sets, glass vases, and framed wall décor pieces.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions from Refunds

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds. Seasonal décor sets must be returned within 7 days.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
